Noel Thomas

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Noel Thomas founded Dark Watch to transform how organizations detect and prevent human trafficking through advanced threat intelligence technology. As CEO, he leads company strategy, vision, and partnerships hospitality enterprises, with financial institutions, and state and federal government agencies. Prior to founding Dark Watch, Noel served as Florida's Statewide Counter Trafficking Coordinator, orchestrating collaboration between law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and government bodies to disrupt trafficking networks. His work proved instrumental in elevating awareness and implementing comprehensive intervention strategies across the state. Noel's earlier experience with Operation Mobilization and Youth With A Mission provided firsthand exposure to trafficking's impact on vulnerable communities worldwide. He is the author of "Dark Traffic," offering insights into organized crime networks and advocating for technology-driven approaches to combating exploitation.

Michael Susong

Chief Strategy Officer

Michael Susong leads strategic planning and market expansion for Dark Watch, overseeing strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and investment relationships critical to the company's growth. A recipient of the CIA Intelligence Star for Valor and a combat-decorated US Army Major, Michael holds a Master's in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency. He co-founded iSIGHT Partners, the first cyber threat intelligence company, which was later acquired and became part of Google Cloud. Throughout his career, Michael has created risk mitigation capabilities for major enterprises, including Visa, Pacific Gas & Electric, Fujitsu Limited, Ernst & Young, and Gardaworld. He currently advises and invests in companies at the nexus of critical infrastructure and national security. His credentials include CFIUS oversight roles, Certified Information Security Manager, and Certified Protection Professional.

Keith Johnson

Chief Product Officer

Keith Johnson oversees product strategy, development, and delivery at Dark Watch, translating complex threat intelligence capabilities into solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise workflows. He leads product roadmap development, engineering priorities, and the technical architecture that enables real-time threat detection at transaction speed. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in data intelligence and technology scaling, Keith has built multiple global businesses at the intersection of data, identity, and digital infrastructure. As Executive Vice President at WPP, he stewarded the company's $2B+ global data business, driving M&A strategy, global expansion, and data-driven innovation. Keith brings extensive experience in ad-tech and identity resolution to Dark Watch, having been a featured speaker on data and identity topics. He specializes in translating technical capabilities into business value for enterprise customers.

Michael Bowles

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Bowles leads financial strategy, planning, and operations for Dark Watch, ensuring fiscal discipline as the company scales its threat intelligence platform. He oversees financial reporting, capital allocation, investor relations, and the financial infrastructure required to support rapid growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Michael is the founder of Bowles Advisory in Orlando, Florida, where he provides fractional CFO services and strategic financial guidance to high-growth companies. He began his career with KPMG and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having guided numerous companies through complex transactions. A licensed CPA, Michael specializes in helping businesses leverage financial data to drive performance and make strategic decisions with confidence. He founded his advisory practice in 2017 to serve emerging companies in technology and data-intensive sectors.
